HF input rectifier

This I was going to need for the ultrasonic transducers, specifically at the reciever stage. It would also be useful, I thought, for wireless serial reception (another part that eventually got condensed into a neat little ready-made board...) and perhaps for those strange flickering buttons.

Anyway, its not really capable of all that, but its ok if you want to make sure that as long as there is some kind of signal at its input, it will produce a high state - otherwise it stays low. Its very power-efficient too (well, as much as I can make it power efficient anyway :P)

Kind of sexy huh ;) To be honest, this is another one of those I would like to improve because it really can be done a lot better.
